Your body is an amazing machine. It can do such powerful things, in relatively small amounts of time.

Typically all it asks of you is to give it what it needs, when it needs is.

And in the FAB 14, that’s exactly what we will do for 14 days.

WE’RE EATING, NOT STARVING

When it’s hunger vs. will power, hunger will almost always win.

So, the FAB 14 removes hunger from the equation. 5-bucket, comprehensive meals focus on satiety and satisfaction. Oh – and we’re not counting calories, macros or carbs either. It’s all about simplicity and sustainability – and it works!

So, what exactly do we eat
in the FAB 14?

Here lies the essence of the FAB 14 program – buckets!

The FAB 14 revolves around five categories (we call ’em buckets) of food – PROTEIN, CARBS, FAT, VEGETABLES & FRUIT. Participants pick one compliant option from each bucket, every meal, every day.

Why five buckets? Part of the magic is in how your body responds to the buckets being consumed together. Plus, consuming all buckets every meal will leave you feeling complete and satisfied. Satisfaction makes the program sustainable, and is key to eliminating cravings and snacks.

Sure, there are some other guidelines that complete the FAB 14 program. But the buckets are the core – and the simplified approach to eating that can help set YOUR foundation for long-term results.

Even though the Fab 14 is not complicated, nutrition as a whole can be.

So for the duration of your Fab 14 journey, you will have direct access to me, Jaime Rothermich, the Fab 14’s creator and registered/licensed dietitian. If you have program questions, ask! How should I feel after 14 days?

The FAB 14 has been designed to help participants reconnect with the power of food.

Increased energy. Balanced mood. Improved digestion. Better sleep. FAB 14 participants want to feel and function better.

But what about those pesky pounds? Weight loss is not the priority of the FAB 14. But it happens – a lot.

When our bodies function better, they are able to shed weight more efficiently. So if losing weight is a goal of yours, improving efficiency can be a highly effective place to start.
